  A special announcement from MercyOne:  A special announcement from Intelligent Movement: At Intelligent Movement, we are grateful and want to teach about Gratitude and also gift a prize at the end of the month for those who commit… In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. I challenge you to make gratitude a habit this month, start each day in November by writing down (or saying out loud) 3 things you’re thankful for. If you write things down — at the end of the month you’ll have a list of 90 reasons to be thankful! You can even have your family participate! I love hearing the things my kids are grateful for each day! Honor your commitment to the challenge by emailing me and let me know you’re participating! If you share any of your daily gratitude lists with me — I’ll enter your name in the prize jar to win the Gratitude Basket at the end of the month!
