Responsibilities

·         Setup and adjust welding components based on product specifications

·         Operate welding robots

·         Troubleshoot when necessary

·         Closely monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality

·         Follow all manufacturing safety guidelines

·         Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

·         A mechanical skills background is required

·         1-2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.

·         General skills with hand and power tools

·         Experience working in a fast-paced environment

·         Problem-solving skills

·         The ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects
