The Primary Purpose of this position is to provide administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports, assembly, billing, and general office support activities.
You’d be preforming the following tasks:
· Greeting Clients while developing a positive experience for them
· Answering calls with positivity and a smile
· Assisting clients in getting great answers with positive experience
· Produces correspondence, reports, and other documentation; file documents, maintain and track tasks, sends and receives facsimile transmissions, etc.
· Provides back-up telephone support for departments when needed
· Process invoices and billings; and maintains records
· Maintain CPE tracking and classes, work with team on updated research material
· Maintains adequate supply inventory; orders supplies as needed.
· Tax Assembly
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements for you:
· High school diploma or GED required., Associates Degree Preferred
· One (1) year of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with an insurance company, broker or consultant preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
· PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
· Analytical and interpretive skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
