We are looking for energetic, fun, and goal-oriented, PART-TIME & FULL-TIME retail sales people as well as Sales Leader in our upcoming Dyersville, IA location.

Responsibilities and Duties of a Retail Wireless Consultant: (Part-Time/Full-Time)

* Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers in finding the perfect wireless solution to fit their needs.

* Meet or exceed company sales goals.

* Address customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.

* Assist in troubleshooting customer’s devices.

* Participate in company sponsored/sales community events.

* Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for others.

* Other duties set forth by sales leader.

* Create the Ideal Customer Experience with each customer interaction.

Skills and Education of a Retail Wireless Consultant:

* Excellent communication skills.

* Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays if necessary.

* Excellent time management skills.

* Computer skills preferred, but not required.

* Must have some sales background.

* Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: $9.00 – $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties of a Sales Leader: (Full-Time)

As the face of Appliance Plus and UScellular™, your work is critical to driving sales results that will grow our business and provide rewarding results for you.

This position is important and directly reflects front line sales associates. This person handles day to day sales while working with sales associates. They lead, teach and coach their sales team every day in different aspects of sales such as the new sales process, sales terminology, Point of sale and different policies and procedures to use every day. This person handles goal setting at a monthly and daily level with their team. They help motivate and focus their employees on daily or monthly promotions that US Cellular has. They also need to be well versed in company and sales procedure and processes in RIM, Agent Cellsite and RQ Metrix so that they are capable of stepping in and helping on the sales floor when needed. They handle different things in the store such as Trade Ins and DOA returns to make sure the company and customer can have a good experience with USCellular and also Appliance Plus. This person must also maintain and keep up on certain store inventory such as US Cellular Collateral and office supplies. They need to find ways to develop store traffic in store signage, renewal cards, cold calls, statflo, sales now and GRO events. They have different organization responsibilities such as assisting and training associates in checking in phones and accessories and sending in customer contracts to US Cellular. They also help liaison between US Cellular ADSM’s and outside brand vendors such as Apple, Samsung and others that come into the store.

One on Ones with employees
Keep them on tasks
Handling schedule changes
Helping develop understanding of devices and promos
Teach new sales process and ECSG tools
Step in coaching
Store Management
Send back US Cellular contracts
Proficient on RQ, RIM and Agent Cellsite
Send in Trade In’s and DOA’s
Help on sales floor
Management store supplies inventory and US Cellular Collateral
Maintain signage from current promotions and on desk signage
Check in phone and accessory inventory
Help set up or develop possible GRO events
Help organize and set up store meetings and contests
Keep up to date of COO Forms and trade-in paperwork
Maintain update inventory on Phones / Accessories weekly / monthly
Any other tasks assigned by the ASM.


Pay: Starting at $14.00/hr
