What will you accomplish and enjoy as a Batch Plant Dispatcher?

• Make well-informed decisions and keep things simple to plan and execute successful deliveries.
• Receiving, recording, and dispatching orders to Decker Concrete and Advanced Precast Company, Inc.
• Monitoring cycle times, weather, demand graphs, production, and delivery status, scheduled “will-calls,” and related data; adjust assignments to ensure production and delivery efficiency.
• Operating APC’s data software, Orca Scan to perform direct data entry with accuracy.
• Professionally communicate clearly with drivers, production supervisors, and Decker Concrete to maximize delivery efficiency, service and production.
• Feeling empowered to delivery documentation and reports with confidence and accuracy.
