Older adults of any age and fitness level are invited to join this 12 week exercise program made possible by a partnership between the Geri-Fit® Company and the James Kennedy Public Library. This series of classes run January 15-April. Participants must already be registered in order to attend. If there is interest, additional sessions will be offered in the future.
