Older adults of any age and fitness level are invited to join this 12 week exercise program made possible by a partnership between the Geri-Fit® Company and the James Kennedy Public Library. Most of the exercises will be performed seated in a chair, with no dancing or aerobics involved. Some equipment is needed. Space is limited so registration is required.
