In a world of 24 hour news cycles, social media, and an internet that is unmonitored, it can be hard to know if the information and news we read and hear is legitimate or not. Join us at this session where you’ll learn how to evaluate the information you read and hear so you can know if it is true, false, or biased. Participants will also learn how to use fact checking websites to verify information. Handouts will be provided.
