 To celebrate Halloween, the James Kennedy Public Library will be hosting a costume and craft party for children of all ages. Children¿s costumes will be judged, treats handed out, and crafts made. After the costume judging, kids will be trick-or-treating at some of the businesses on First Avenue. Children of all ages are encouraged to attend, but children younger than 6 years old should be accompanied by a parent or other adult. Sponsored by SpecCast.
